I'm George Sperry
I started my own law firm in 2002 and grew it from a solo practice into a business with six attorneys and over twenty staff. Along the way, I learned what it takes to manage people, organize work, serve clients, and keep the business running through growth and difficult times.
As a former attorney and CPA, I bring both legal-practice and financial experience together in developing the Solo Firm Blueprint. My wife, Roberta Sperry, and I designed The Solo Firm Blueprint to help law firm owners put practical systems in place and make better-informed decisions about their businesses.
