You Know Something In Your Firm Isn't Working. The Question Is What?

Maybe revenue is growing but profit isn’t. Your staff is busy, but work still bottlenecks at your desk. Intake is inconsistent. Processes live in people’s heads. Or you simply know the firm should be running better than it is. The Solo Firm Audit gives you an objective look at how your firm operates and identifies where to focus first.

What You Receive

You will complete a structured questionnaire covering your firm’s workflows, responsibilities, software, finances, staffing, and existing procedures. Your responses will be personally reviewed before a private 60-minute Google Meet consultation focused on clarifying answers and gathering any additional facts needed. After the consultation and analysis, you will receive a written, prioritized Solo Firm Action Plan and may submit one follow-up clarification email within 14 days.

Consultation and Action Plan

The private 60-minute Google Meet consultation is primarily a fact-gathering session. We will clarify your questionnaire responses, resolve factual inconsistencies, and gather any additional information needed. Recommendations will be developed after the consultation and delivered in a written Solo Firm Action Plan identifying your firm’s strengths, bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, immediate priorities, and recommended actions for the next 30 to 90 days. You may submit one follow-up email within 14 days to clarify the recommendations.

A Practical Review by Someone Who Has Built and Run a Law Firm

George H. Sperry Jr. began practicing as a solo attorney in 2002 and built his practice from one attorney working alone into a multimillion-dollar law firm with multiple attorneys, paralegals, and administrative employees.

During that process, he developed and refined systems for intake, staffing, workflow, client communication, financial management, technology, delegation, and quality control. He managed the firm through rapid growth, economic disruption, changing practice areas, and the continuing operational demands of running a law business.

George is a former CPA and an experienced law-firm owner who brings more than two decades of practical legal, financial, and business-management experience to the Solo Firm Audit. His background gives him a distinctive perspective on financial performance, internal controls, profitability, workflow, and the operational realities of running a law firm.

Important Clarification

The Solo Firm Audit is a business and operational consulting service. It is not a financial-statement audit, accounting engagement, legal or tax service, ethics review, cybersecurity assessment, or regulatory-compliance examination. It does not create an attorney-client relationship or guarantee any particular business result.

The Solo Firm Audit
